I came across this verse today. Actually i came across it not too long ago. Looking at it again, it really does bring great comfort. Why? Back then i did not really comprehend the full meaning of it. Now, it all makes perfect sense... The Lord really meant what he said back then.

"For i know the plans i have for you," declares The Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" - Jeremiah 29:11

"What do you want to be, when you grow up?" -The age old question, which i'm sure many people have been asked plenty of times. Without much thought your Doctors and Lawyers and Rockstars and David Beckhams will surely spring to mind.

But when i was young ar, i always wanted to be a Jedi Knight leh. I kid you not, haha!

Why? Well, who would'nt want to! Hands up any of you who dreamt of being the next Luke or Anakin. Wah lao, can you imagine not. Lightsaber in hand, Princess Leia in the other, using the force and of course the John Williams music in the background. Can save the universe somemore you know. If not a Jedi Knight, then imagine maybe an Admiral commanding the Clone Army Fleet. Imagine the view of the stars from the control room of your very own Star Destroyer. Sure beats any job right not!

Haha, but then again sometimes you grow up and you stop dreaming la. But if you ask me again, anytime, i'll still want to be a Jedi Knight.

Wah it really feels better to be using Blogspot again. Its like you know, the Nokia of blogs. Anyways, i hope i do find time to write. I've come to realise my standard of English is starting to become more terok. Which explains why im writing in singlish la.
